Four things that are part of the price, confirmed at the desk before you ride off.
Attended desks in Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa handle handover and return. A staff member walks the vehicle over with you, checks the battery level and points out the nearest cycle lane.
Every rental includes a helmet, sized and adjusted on the spot at no extra charge. Helmets must be worn by all riders under 18, and we recommend one for every adult. Sizing takes about two minutes. See helmet and eligibility.
Your deposit is held on the card and released in full once the vehicle returns undamaged, usually within three business days. Deposit amounts by class, plus the complete price set, are listed on the fleet and pricing page.

We collected two e-scooters at nine and rode the Podil embankment, the park paths and back over the bridge before lunch. The battery never dipped below halfway, the helmets were fitted in two minutes, and the deposit was back on my card the next morning.
Rented an e-bike for the Vydubychi climb. The gearing and the motor took the hill without effort, and the desk staff walked me through the restricted streets before I left.
The moped was the fastest way to reach the riverbank and back to the centre. Return took under five minutes because the paperwork was already done at pickup.
